Capital Volley offers well organized coed volleyball leagues, tournaments, clinics and special events for active people in the Ottawa/Gatineau region. Our volleyball leagues and events provide you with an opportunity to get active, meet new friends and have some fun!  All our leagues are coed and are offered at the recreational through to competitive skill levels.

How do I join?

First pick the league you wish to play in, determine the appropriate skill level and register as an individual, with a few friends or as a complete team!
